Sometimes the fastest way through is surrendering. I don't mean giving up or condoning a situation you're not thrilled about. but accepting *what is* and allowing it to be. Whether that's being unwell emotionally or physically or moving through a tough situation. on. this. road of life.
If we *fight* being unwell or *resist*, things become harder and more challenging. It becomes increasingly difficult to locate and move towards wellness. Surrendering allows for rest, movement, and growth.
