Did you know that practicing gratitude is a proven way to increase happiness? Today, I'm feeling grateful for my morning coffee, and the warmth of a new friendship. What might be on your gratitude list for today?
Dogs that nap together, stay together 😴, but in all seriousness these dogs are an integral part of my self care. Taking them on walks and hikes around the Bay Area provides for calm moments and rejuvenation to best serve my clients. Stamos is on the left (male pup, 7yrs) and Farah is on the left (female pup, 2yrs).
