Leaving things behind that aren't meant for us can be an incredibly cathartic shedding and process of renewal in life. It can also be anxiety provoking and create fear of the unknown and what's to come next. Yet, if we can sit with the unknown this opportunity can make room for inspirational, thought provoking new terrain.
At times we all become detached from our inner child with the fast pace of adult life. Sometimes it's a good idea to pause, even if for just one moment to reconnect with our inner child.
Serina Hartwell beckons, "We nurture our creativity when we release our inner child. Let it run and roam free. It will take you on a brighter journey".
Today, I'm posting this picture to become a little more acquainted with my inner child and reminding myself that it's alive and well, I only have to tap into it.
