Carving out healthy boundaries can sometimes feel like a daunting task. We often have fears about how the other person will react and if that might impact us negatively.
The magical thing about setting firm boundaries and saying no is that this creates an energy exchange where you are saying YES to yourself. The ebb and flow of change-making boundary setting isn't selfish as we often perceive, it's LIBERATING (both for you and the other person).
